Memo: City considering moving emergency services to one building
In a memo Tuesday, city officials outlined a plan that would move offices for Austin police and fire, along with Austin-Travis County EMS and the chief medical officer's offices, to a building currently used by APD on Rutherford Lane in northeast Austin.
