More instances of overflowing emergency rooms and hospital beds. That's what one expert says may happen if one of our major hospital systems-- Ascension Seton-- doesn't come to an agreement with health insurance company Blue Cross Blue Shield. It comes as Ascension Seton and Central Health announced Tuesday they've filed lawsuits against each other over healthcare services. Austin Energy initially said power would be restored within 12 to 24 hours, then the company said Friday evening, but at Thursdays press conference that changed again.

“Austin Energy has determined we are unable to provide a specific restoration estimate,” said Jackie Sargent, Austin Energy GM.
