Bone Broth Recipe with AOMA

Cara Edmond with AOMA Graduate School of Intergrative Medicine joined us in the studio to show us one way nutrition can improve our health with a special recipe.Dr. Wu’s Bone Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • About 3 lbs of clean bones (if beef boil for 15 minutes or bake at 350 for 30 minutes for best flavor)
  • Three 1-inch pieces of ginger
  • Four 1-inch pieces of scallion
  • Salt

Directions:

  • Use a crock pot.
  • Cook on low over night.
  • Strain.
  • Store in the refrigerator over for a few days or frozen for longer.
