- About 3 lbs of clean bones (if beef boil for 15 minutes or bake at 350 for 30 minutes for best flavor)
- Three 1-inch pieces of ginger
- Four 1-inch pieces of scallion
- Use a crock pot.
- Cook on low over night.
- Store in the refrigerator over for a few days or frozen for longer.
