Zach Wilson and the New York Jets’ struggles has tensions rising in New York… even between media members.

Former Giants star running back Tiki Barber, who now co-hosts an afternoon radio show on WFAN in New York, stormed off the show’s set Monday after an argument with longtime WFAN host Joe Benigno got personal. Benigno, a Jets fan, accused Barber of hating the Jets and suggested his take on Wilson’s struggles would be different if he played for the Giants. But what really set Barber off was Benigno questioning how much Barber actually watches the Jets, given that Barber was broadcasting the Commanders vs. Bills game Sunday at the same time as the Jets vs. Patriots clash.

“All I know is this: Yesterday, you were in Washington with the Commanders and the Bills, were you not?” Benigno said. “So don’t give me this nonsense how you’re analyzing Zach Wilson. I don’t want to hear it. It’s B.S.”

That was enough for Barber, who took off his headphones, flipped away his microphone and walked off. He could be seen mouthing to someone off camera “that’s bulls—” multiple times before Benigno continued the conversation with Barber’s co-host Evan Roberts.

Benigno did later attempt to apologize to Barber on-air, though Barber wasn’t on camera as that apology came through.

“I apologize to Tiki. I don’t mean to take it out on him, but I’ve had enough,” Benigno said. “You’ve got to understand where I am right now. I’m not in a good place. “
