AUSTIN (KXAN) — St. Edward’s basketball enters the Heartland Conference Tournament as the top seed, and they’ve definitely earned it.
The Hilltoppers finished off the best regular season in program history with a 25-3 record using a prolific offense.
St. Edward’s has scored over 90 points in a quarter of its contests (7 of 28) hitting over the century mark in three games this year.
Head coach Andre Cook is in his 10th season at St. Edward’s and enjoying his team’s best run while he’s been in charge of the team. Cook joined Roger Wallace on More than the Score before the Hilltoppers head to Tulsa, Oklahoma for the conference tournament.
