Before she was born, Ada Martin was diagnosed with a rare and serious blood disease called Kell Alloimmunization that required her to get life-saving blood transfusions in utero. Ada’s parents were grateful to have nearby the Dell Children’s Comprehensive Fetal Care Center, the only one of its kind in the region. Dr. Kenneth Moise, Jr., Co-Director of the Comprehensive Fetal Care Center, is one of the leading fetal medicine physicians in the country. He and Co-Director, Dr. Michael Bebbington, MD, MHSc, are growing the Comprehensive Fetal Care Center to include robust diagnostic and treatment services and research opportunities right here in Austin so that babies like Ada can get the care they need close to home.
