VIDEO: 60 mph winds destroy Houston Hobby Airport hangar

While Austin didn’t see much in the way of storm damage overnight, Houston’s Hobby Airport faced strong winds that destroyed one of its hangars.

Winds reached speeds of 60 miles an hour at the height of the storm. One of the hangars was blown over onto at least three private jets. The Houston Fire Department said no one was injured.

Houston Hobby Airport says the damage to the private hangar is not affecting commercial flights.
