TORNILLO, Texas (KXAN) — The tent city in Tornillo, Texas seemingly popped up overnight. The Trump administration is using the Tornillo tent facility to house immigrant children separated from their parents after they were caught entering the U.S. illegally. 

Tornillo is a small town about 30 miles southeast of El Paso.
