Moo-ved to safety: Liberty Hill police save calf from drowning


LIBERTY HILL, Texas (KXAN) — On Friday afternoon, Liberty Hill police and Williamson County Deputies worked together to save a calf from a flooding ditch where it had gotten stuck.

The rescue involved tying a rope around the calf and pulling it up, where it was promptly returned back to its mother.

Many people are giving kudos to LHPD and Williamson County Sheriff’s Office for an udderly heroic rescue.
