AUSTIN (KXAN) — A 19-year-old man is in critical condition at the San Antonio Military Medical Center Monday after being shot multiple times, New Braunfels police wrote in a press release.

At about 5:15 p.m. Sunday, police responded to a home at the 2900 block of Oakdell Trail where they found the victim shot several times. He was transported for treatment.

Investigations led police to 18-year-old Joshua Elijah Limon. Police believe the victim and Limon got in an argument which lead to the victim’s shooting. Limon is being held at Comal County Jail and was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.

As of Monday afternoon, a bond was not set for Limon. Investigations are ongoing and New Braunfels police say additional charges may be pending.
