We started the show off with a cool down, pure and simple. Sno-Beach prides themselves on fresh, real ingredients, an old school process and giving back to the community. They have a new flavor just in time for the summer heat coming up, and owner Elizabeth Newsom stopped by to show us how we can make it at home. You start by making a simple syrup by adding 1 cup sugar to 1 quart water. Then steep mint leaves in the syrup for about 10 minutes. She let Amanda have a try at making one of their fun sno cones, and shared more about how they’re giving back to the community when you pay with all change.
