AUSTIN (KXAN) — KXAN anchor Shannon Wolfson received the award for ‘Television Personality of the Year’, given out Thursday by the Austin Alliance for Women in Media.
The AWN is a nonprofit, professional organization of women and men who work in the media and allied fields. With nearly 10,000 community members, the Austin Alliance for Women in Media represents men and women engaged in all aspects of creating high-quality media and related services.
KXAN’s Jim Spencer served as an emcee for the event.
