San Marcos Police searching for 2 suspects in alleged stabbing

SAN MARCOS, Texas (KXAN) — San Marcos Police are searching for two suspects after a reported alleged stabbing at a festival near the Texas State University campus Wednesday night.

According to a tweet by Texas State University Police, a stabbing was reported at approximately 9:50 p.m. at the Sights and Sounds event. The event was held close to campus. 

Police said they are looking for two Hispanic men, both in their 20s, and one of the men has neck tattoos.

TXST police urge anyone who sees these men or has information regarding this incident to call 9-1-1.
