POST-DEBATE ANALYSIS: Democrats meet in Houston for the 3rd Presidential Debate

HOUSTON, Texas (KXAN) — Ten candidates vying for the Democratic nomination for president met in Houston Thursday night.

KXAN’s team of experts were on hand throughout the evening to break down major points in the debate as well as crews covering the event in Houston.

Both Texas candidates — former Sen. Beto O’Rourke and former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julián Castro — made the cut. Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Pete Buttigieg, Amy Klobuchar and Andrew Yang round out the debate stage. Candidates had to get 2% in at least four approved public opinion polls and have 130,000 unique donors by the deadline.
