AUSTIN (KXAN) – Detectives are investigating the scene of a fatal shooting in East Austin.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the 5000 block of Manor Road at the Harvard Manor Apartments.
Police say a Hispanic man in his 30s was shot and taken to University Medical Center Brakenridge where he later died.
Investigators say they are searching for a suspect but no further details have been released.
This is the third deadly shooting in Austin within a week.
A man in his 20s was shot and killed on Elmira Road Thursday night. Police are still looking for the suspect of that shooting.
On Monday, another shooting happened at the Wagon Game Room near Lamar Boulevard, where a woman was killed and three others were injured. Police are still in search of the suspect.
