PHOENIX (KPNX) — A woman had to be rushed to the hospital after being attacked by a jaguar at Wildlife World Zoo in Phoenix, Arizona Saturday.

Officials say the woman, who’s in her 30s, attempted to take a selfie near the fence of the jaguar enclosure when the animal reached out and attacked her arm. The animal was never out of its enclosure, according to officials.

The woman’s injuries are not life-threatening.

The zoo says the animal will not be euthanized because of the incident.
