BROOKLYN, Ohio (KXAN) — An 11-year-old boy could face felony charges after leading police on his third high-speed chase Sunday night.
Officers first caught up with him outside a fire station, but he refused to stop.
The dashcam footage obtained by NBC News shows the boy soon lead police on a chase that reached 90 miles an hour.
This is very similar to not one, but two incidences last year where he took the family vehicle and led police on a chase.
This time, the chase ended when he flipped the SUV. The 11-year-old driver was treated for bumps and bruises.
The boy’s mother says he took the family vehicle because he was angry his PlayStation had been taken away from him.
She says he suffers from behavioral and emotional issues.
