Even when First Lady Melania Trump and her husband President Donald Trump are in Washington, D.C., New Yorkers will still be able to visit them in a recreation of the Oval Office. A wax figure of Melania Trump joined her husband’s likeness Wednesday at Madame Tussauds.
None other than former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer aided in the reveal of the interactive exhibit “Give Melania a Voice.” From April 25 to May 31, visitors to the museum will be able to “tweet out on behalf of Melania on our MTMelaniaMoments twitter page for the WHOLE WORLD to see! NOW is your chance to be part of something HUUUGE,” the museum wrote on its website.
Spicer added during the reveal that he was impressed by the real Melania Trump’s involvement in the State visit this past week when the White House hosted French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife.
“It’s just another example of her putting on amazing events to highlight the White House and our country for the world to see,” Spicer said. “She’s a very caring and gracious woman and our country is grateful to have her.”
