Man exposing himself, targeting UT students on campus

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Police are warning the University of Texas at Austin community about a man exposing himself to students on campus.

It is believed the man is targeting college students who are walking in North and West Campus. Officers say he drives a silver Sedan, but have not released a description of the suspect.

According to authorities, he sits in his car and calls students over. When they approach, he exposes himself.

The last incident was Tuesday at 8 a.m. when a student reported seeing man expose himself on the 3000 block of Speedway Ave. Another case was last Friday at Tom Green and 33rd Street. Investigators believe this was the same man reportedly targeting students last summer as well.

Students are advised not to approach the man, but to write down his license plate number and get a picture of the car.
