GEORGETOWN, Texas (KXAN) — The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office says it has located a suspect who was on the run in a neighborhood in Georgetown thanks to 911 calls by neighbors.

Sheriff Robert Chody tweeted just before 5 p.m. on Saturday that his office is looking for a felony suspect who was on the run in the area of the Rancho Sienna neighborhood near State Highway 29 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard.

Chody says his office had K9 units on the ground to search for the suspect. The sheriff’s office advised that residents of the neighborhood should stay indoors and call 911 if they see the suspect. The sheriff’s office was not able to provide a description of the suspect.
