LEANDER, Texas (KXAN) — Ranch to Market Road 2243 in Leander is back open after being shut down in both directions for about an hour following a rollover crash Monday night.
A spokesperson with the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office tweeted about the crash at the 7100 block of RM 2243 just before 8 p.m. That’s just east of County Road 175.
The tweet said units were on scene and that non life-threatening injuries were reported.
A spokesperson with the Leander police department said two cars were involved in the crash and hit the guardrail on the side of the road. Once the cars were moved, the road opened back up.
Leander police helped with traffic control in the area. Georgetown police helped as well.
