CEDAR PARK, Texas (KXAN) — A Cedar Park woman was arrested Wednesday after police say she drove off with a 67-year-old man on her car’s hood and flung him off.
According to the arrest warrant, Erionna Brown, 23, moved her car while a neighbor was standing in front of Brown’s vehicle to ask why police were at a nearby residence. Police say that Brown then drove forward, knocking the man onto the hood as she moved the vehicle down the street.
At some point down the road, the man was flung off the vehicle. According to police, the man was found bleeding from several cuts on his legs and feet and one large cut on his right elbow. The man was reportedly having a hard time standing because of a swollen ankle and was attempting to stop his bleeding with a blood-drenched towel.
Brown is charged with second degree felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon — the car is considered a deadly weapon in this case. Brown’s bond was set at $5,000.
