Pflugerville (KXAN) — A growing Central Texas city is making it easier for you to get your road trouble spots addressed.
The City of Pflugerville created an interactive website to help identify problem areas.
“The first step in that process is to get a lot of people to tell us about their experiences traveling around town,” Interim Public Works Director Chad Wood said. “This is the public’s chance to tell us directly where they want us to focus our attention and let us know of the areas you drive and travel through every day that may need extra attention when it comes to traffic flow and safety. By logging in to the wiki tool, residents can provide feedback electronically to the city. The city is also planning a series of open houses to get additional one-on-one feedback from residents.”
The interactive site allows users to place icons or draw colored lines to show where improvements are needed. This site is only available until June. The city will then use this feedback and host public meetings in the future to address trouble spots with the community.
