Float Fest is on for this summer after all. It was in jeopardy after its permit was denied earlier this year.
Last month, Guadalupe County Commissioners voted to give it the green light after the organizer sued. According to the Houston Chronicle, both parties agreed to a settlement.
It includes allowing just 20,000 guests, down from an original plan of 30,000.
Tickets go on sale next week, and the event will be held July 21 and 22. For more information, visit the Float Fest website.
