AUSTIN (KXAN) — It’s the night for fashion on the UT campus Thursday as students are set to host a full-fledged annual runway show.
This year’s rendition is called “Matrix” and it will feature 140 original designs, many of which were created with the theme of “environmental responsibility.”
The event kicks off at 5:30 p.m. with a Kendra Scott special exhibit.
Participating in the fashion show are 28 of UT’s senior textiles and apparel majors and the University says it’s the biggest student fashion show in the country.
The event is free and open to the public and is located at the Frank Erwin Center on Red River Street.
The runway show starts at 7 p.m.
