Two hurt in stabbing, robbery near southeast Austin apartment

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Two men were hurt in a stabbing in southeast Austin early Thursday morning. Police say they are also investigating the incident as a robbery.

It happened at 3:36 a.m. at Metropolis Apartments on 2200 South Pleasant Valley Road, police said. 

Two men went to the hospital. One has injuries that could potentially threaten his life, while the other is expected to be OK, Austin-Travis County EMS said. One person is in custody.
