PORTLAND (KXAN) — Thanksgiving and dessert, all rolled into one. Salt and Straw, an Oregon-based ice cream company, just came out with Thanksgiving-themed ice cream flavors.
The savory options include roasted cranberry sauce sorbet, sweet potato casserole with maple pecans, and spiced goat cheese and pumpkin pie. The company also has a salted caramel Thanksgiving turkey flavor.
Salt and Straw has shops in Oregon, California and Washington state, but people can order it online and have it shipped. All the flavors cost $65 plus shipping.
Lick Honest Ice Creams in Austin also has its share of seasonal flavors, from caramel corn to pumpkin and sweet potato pies.
