AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is now secure after a “suspicious package incident” was reported earlier on Monday, officials said.
Law enforcement was previously investigating after a “suspicious item” was reported at the airport, officials posted on social media just after 4:30 p.m.
Airport officials said “expect for it to take several minutes for vehicle traffic to resume back to normal.”
