AUSTIN (KXAN) — Texas history fans rejoice! Organizers announced a second Alamo Roadshow will start Tuesday right in Austin.
The tour features the ongoing preservation work happening at one of the state’s most historic sites.
Organizers encourage attendees to bring historic artifacts and family treasures that could appear in the Alamo Museum and Visitor’s Center.
Coordinators are also looking for people to tell their best stories revolved around the Texas Revolution or anything related to the state’s history.
This tour will go to three cities and will be at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum at 6 p.m Tuesday.
