Man seen riding e-scooter down Mopac Expressway during rush hour

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A man riding an electric scooter was seen traveling down Mopac Expressway during rush hour traffic Friday.

The video sent to KXAN was shot around 4 p.m., just about the time Austin rush hour traffic ramps up.

SXSW kicked off this week along with the Austin Rodeo, and with them comes increased traffic in an already congestion-prone city.

We all know traffic can be bad in Austin, but safety should a priority!
