FULL INTERVIEW: Gov. Abbott shares details of Austin bombing suspect

Governor Abbott speaks with KXAN about what we know the day after the suspected Austin bomber, identified by law enforcement sources as Mark Anthony Conditt, allegedly blew himself up as police closed in early Wednesday morning.

Governor Abbott warns the public that more bombs could be in the Austin area as police determine whether Conditt acted alone or had accomplices.

The suspect was in his early twenties, unemployed with no military background and had roommates, Abbott said. Police were able to track him using location pings on his cell phone, eyewitnesses pointing out his car and purchasing information at area stores.
