AUSTIN (KXAN) -- In the last few weeks of 2018, Travis County Sheriff's deputies stopped dozens of suspected drunk drivers in holiday DWI initiative, officials wrote in a press release.
TCSO participated in the Impaired Driving Mobilization grant for DWI offenses, offered by the Texas Department of Transportation. The grant allowed the Sheriff's office to have more deputies patrolling the roads between Dec. 14 and 31.
