  • Seaholm Garage (211 Walter Seaholm Dr.) from 4 p.m.-7 a.m. Monday through Friday and all weekend

Rates for these garages are $40 per month, and those who want a pass can call Christina Murray with Premier Parking at 512-536-1145 or premieraustin@premierparking.com.

Austin started the program in May 2016 and at the end of July it expanded it to include spaces in the City Hall garage and One Texas Center Garage on Barton Springs Road. People who want to apply for the discount program can fill out an application here. The monthly fee ranges from $35 (Waller Creek Center, City Hall and One Texas Center) to $65 for the State of Texas Garage North. Parking at the garages is on a first-come, first serve basis starting around 4 p.m., depending on the lot.
