AUSTIN (KXAN) — It sits more than 300 feet above Austin, with a 360-degree view of downtown and Lady Bird Lake. It spans more than 13,000 square feet.

And if it sells for its asking price of $25 million — or about $1,923 per square foot — the condominium on the 30th floor of the Four Seasons Residences at 98 San Jacinto Blvd. could be a record. The four-bedroom, seven-bathroom condo has six private terraces and covers an entire floor of the high-rise.

The most expensive condo ever sold on Austin’s multiple listing service was at the Austonian and went for $5.15 million, according to Realtor Brian Copland of Realty Austin. Outside the 30th floor of the Four Seasons Residences, the priciest condos for sale on the Austin Luxury Network right now range from $4.3 million to $5.475 million. Realtors said they have been quoted prices for condos at The Independent of $1,140 per square foot and $1,250 per square foot for the penthouse at 70 Rainey.
