MANOR, Texas (KXAN) — Manor police are searching for three suspects after they shot a 17-year-old girl and left the scene Saturday afternoon, according to a spokesperson.

Police officers responded to the 16800 block of Trevin Cove around 11:48 a.m. to what they have determined was an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Police say the 17-year-old girl walked out of her house to meet one of the suspects, Salvador Sanchez Aguirre, and was shot in the face and the arm when she did.

Officers say the teenager told them Sanchez-Aguirre and two other men drove up in this car. When she came out, they told her to “give them her stuff.” After the demand, the suspects shot shot her and drove off.

Police found a couple of bags of marijuana lying near the teen when they arrived. Officers say this wasn’t random and they don’t believe that there’s any threat to the public.

They girl was taken to the hospital by Austin-Travis County EMS medics in stable condition. EMS said the teen had serious, but non life-threatening injuries.

The three suspects, described as white, black and hispanic men allegedly left the scene driving a two-door, green colored late model BMW. They were last seen driving on the 17000 block of Hamilton Point Circle.
