Houston man caught with license flipper, owes over $5,400 in toll fares

HOUSTON (KXAN) — A man was arrested Thursday and is accused of using a license plate flipper in an attempt to dodge tollway camera, KPRC in Houston reports.

Police arrested Preston Cody Talbot after he failed to pay a toll on North Sam Houston Parkway West. During the arrest, it was discovered that Talbot had a license plate flipper installed on the back of his car. 

According to authorities, Talbot owes $5,473.07 in toll fares he has failed to pay.
