AUSTIN (KXAN) — RBI Austin showed its purpose and its pull at the 6th annual RBI Austin Banquet. The event held for the charity that supports local youth through mentoring and athletics.

Texas exes Huston Street and Cat Osterman were on hand for the event along with Houston Astros manager, AJ Hinch. The Astros manager was keynote speaker for the event, but he also spoke on his team and the challenges ahead in the 2016 season.

“I think if you look backwards too long, you won’t like where you end up. I think our team will be fine. I’ll let us embrace 2015 until we get down to Kissimee as a group,” Hinch said.

Houston came from nowhere in 2015 to earn an AL wild card spot. They lost to the eventual World Series champion, Royals, in five games.
