Several venues downtown have been cited or shut down during South by Southwest. As of Tuesday afternoon, two venues have been shut down, 13 cited and 37 warnings were issued. The Legendary Saloon at 81 Rainey Street and another venue at 605 Wood Street were shut down due to over occupancy and unpermitted outdoor music.
