AUSTIN (KXAN) — A  man got stuck hanging in the window of a food trailer just after midnight on Sunday while trying to snatch some tacos, Austin police say.

According to an arrest affidavit, police responded to a burglary call at 12:43 a.m. at 1104 Airport Blvd. after a caller told police he saw a man stuck in the window of the taco stand. The address shows on Google as Taqueria La Libertad.

When the officer arrived at the scene, he saw the trailer’s front window had been broken and the suspect standing inside in front of the register.

The affidavit identified the suspect as Joshua Jackson, 29.

Police contacted the owner of the taco stand who said he had seen Jackson earlier that day when he came to the stand and asked for money but he refused to give him any.

Jackson was charged with burglary and booked into the Travis County Jail. His bond is set at $7,500.
