Dozens of alleged undocumented workers arrested in North Texas

SUMNER, Texas (KXAN/NBC) — Immigration and Customs Enforcement detained dozens of possible undocumented workers at a manufacturing plant in North Texas Tuesday.

Federal agents arrested more than 150 people at Load Trail, a company that manufactures trailers.

ICE officials say this raid was one of the larger enforcement operations in the last 10 years.

Though the suspected undocumented immigrants were arrested and taken from the scene, ICE officials say the focus of the operation was the actual business.

Load Trail issued a statement saying, in part, “Load Trail always works diligently to abide by all laws.”
