WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KFDX/KJTL) — Two people from the Metroplex are under arrest in Wichita Falls after police say they found them in a stolen Immigrations and Customs Enforcement vehicle.

Jeffrey Ryder and Bethany Ervin were arrested Monday at Western Finance after police received reports of two suspicious people inside of a silver Hyundai.

Records showed the car was stolen out of Fort Worth and belonged to ICE. Police say Bethany Ervin told officers she did not know the car was stolen. They also reported her eyes were bloodshot and she appeared anxious.

According to authorities, Ervin admitted to using meth over the last few days and officers say syringes were found inside the passenger side door.

She was charged with public intoxication and is already out on bond. Ryder is charged with theft and his bond is not yet set.
