Preventing the Spread
- Wash your hands often with soap and water or 60% alcohol hand sanitizer
- Avoid touching your face
- Avoid close contact with others
- Stay home if you're sick
- Cough or sneeze into an elbow
- Clean, disinfect frequently-touched surfaces daily
What to do if you think you have COVID-19
- Stay home
- Call your health provider or use a telehealth virtual visit
- Your physician will determine if you need more testing and will provide instructions
- Your physician will fill out a form if they believe you have it
- Austin Public Health will determine if you qualify for a test and will direct you to a test site
