AUSTIN (KXAN) — A Domino’s Pizza delivery driver stopped a woman from being mugged Tuesday at the Jack in the Box on East Oltorf Street near Burleson Lane.

Austin police say it happened at 12:39 p.m. A man tried to steal a woman’s purse, before the Domino’s driver chased him and pinned the suspect down until police arrived.

Police say it doesn’t appear that any weapons were used. The suspect had a previous warrant for his arrest.
