AUSTIN (KXAN) – Thursday night, the Seedling Foundation will be honoring 5 mentors.
The foundation provides role models for children whose parents are currently serving jail time.
The Fab 5 honorees are former UT Longhorn football star Vince Young, Pastor Robert Koke of Shoreline Church, Travis County Judge Orlinda Naranjo, rapper SaulPaul and Dr. Gloria Williams of AISD’s Department of School, Family and Community.
The event starts at 6:30 P.M. and goes until 11:30 P.M at the Omni Austin Hotel Southpark at 4140 Governors Row in South Austin.
