If sliding into a kiddie pool full of ice cream or putting your entire arm up a fake nostril sounds like fun, then you were probably a “Double Dare” fan.

One of the hottest game shows on Nickelodeon during the late ’80s and early ’90s is making a comeback! The network recently announced it will start airing 40 new episodes of “Double Dare” this summer.

The show was originally hosted by Marc Summers and co-hosted by Robin Marella. The game show features two teams competing to win prizes by answering trivia questions, competing in messy stunts and ultimately the obstacle course.

The network says it’s bringing the show back to give “a new generation of fans the chance to compete in the messiest and most physically challenging competition of their lives.”

The network did not indicate who will host the reboot.
