MIAMI (AP) — Tropical Storm Humberto is on the move in the Atlantic.
The storm's maximum sustained winds early Tuesday are near 40 mph (65 kph) with slow strengthening expected over the next two days.
Humberto is centered about 1,150 miles (1,850 kilometers) west-southwest of the Azores and is moving north-northeast near 5 mph (7 kph).
Meanwhile, the remnants of Ingrid are expected to dump 10 to 15 inches of rain over a large part of eastern Mexico.
