SAN MARCOS (KXAN) - A man attempted to steal money from a Texas State student on Wednesday around 9:40 a.m., said police.
The incident occurred at Bobcat Village Apartments, a student living complex near campus.
Police said the man, just under 6-foot tall, was wearing black clothing.
