AUSTIN (KXAN) - Ever been stuck inside an airplane on the tarmac? It might feel like an eternity, but with the right entertainment, the wait can be a little more bearable. For some North Texas-bound teens stuck on Austin's runway, it was time to sing out.
In two videos posted on Youtube , choir members from Prestonwood Baptist Church and Prestonwood High School in Plano used the airplane's intercom system to create a karaoke show for all of the passenger.
Choir member Ashley Cordell told KXAN the group was flying home from a mission trip in Seattle to Dallas Love Field Friday, but severe weather in Dallas forced the flight crew to reroute to Austin to wait out the storm.
