AUSTIN (KXAN) - Police are looking for a man they said shot someone in the leg early Monday morning on North Lamar Boulevard.
It happened at 12:10 a.m. at a gas station at 5301 North Lamar Blvd.
People told police they heard gunshots around that time, which is when someone was shot in the leg.
Police said that person answered questions until some about the suspect were asked. which is when the person became uncooperative with police.
EMS crews took the hurt person, who was alert and conscious, to University Medical Center Brackenridge.
Police are looking for the suspect.
