AUSTIN (KXAN) - Watch out California, Texas' eyes are upon you.
Gov. Rick Perry is flying west on Sunday to visit San Francisco, the Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Orange County, all in a bid to lure more California businesses to Texas.
Over the past decade, two million Californians have fled their state with Texas being their top destination.

Californians pay 10.6 percent of their income on state and local taxes, which is above the national average of 9.8 percent. Texans pay 7.9 percent.
In addition, California has 252 bureaucrats per ten thousand people, while Texas has 196 per ten thousand.
